COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES FOR SENIORS
This service is directed towards seniors with various levels of self-sufficiency who prefer to live on their own and need the occasional help with the items below:
- Helping with common acts around the clients – accompanying them to a doctor or administrating medicine.
- Helping with personal hygiene - complete bath, hair, manicure and shaving.
- Arranging food or helping with arranging food delivery - preparation and serving food
- Helping with housekeeping - shopping, cleaning and basic chores
- Managing contacts –involving the client with the community, socializing and exercising with the client.
- Periodic or occasional cleaning of the household.
Social workers represent a crucial role in providing seniors with respectable lives in both natural and social environment .We offer free social care consultation (basic and professional) and we know how to solve your social care problems, e.g. collecting social care benefits, obtaining health care, providing compensation tools and arranging consultation for seniors. The health care services are arranged by professionals according to & 40 "Community care service" Act 108/2006 Sb.
Based on the agreement and your individual needs we can propose an individual scheme of social care support. The amount of proposed services and pricing would be adjusted accordingly. We will gladly fulfill all your needs and special requests.
